The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (or DIAC) provides information about the maze of 140+ different Australian visas (refer below).

However, DIAC do NOT provide advice or counselling on your eligibility for a visa.

SKILLED WORKERS
Are you under 45?
Do you have functional English language skill?
Do you have an occupation on the Skilled Occupations List?
Do you have an occupation in demand for additional points and priority processing?

Australia are competing globally for skilled workers, and has introduced new schemes offering you good concessions. State and Territory Governments are keen to attract skilled migrants to settle in low growth or regional areas - make sure you don't miss an opportunity. A pre application skills assessment is critical under the General Skilled Migration visa category, and formal qualifications are not required in all occupations. BUSINESS SKILLS
Do you own, manage or direct a business? There are opportunities for Senior Executives and Investors. You do not need formal qualifications and there are English language concessions available. FAMILY REUNION
We understand the impact that migration has on family relationships and will consider visa strategies to allow those you care about to settle with you in Australia, if possible. Family separation can be a source of ongoing sadness for some people, and so it is important to give this consideration before moving your plans forward. Requirements for both sponsors and visa applicants differ between classes and some can be tricky.

EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP
Australian employers or overseas employers can sponsor workers to Australia for specific periods of time to fill local skill shortages or pursue business opportunities. Skilled workers can also apply for permanent residency through Employer Nomination and there are also concessional schemes for regional employers. We can assist both employers and nominated applicants. Relocation assistance Australia wide can be arranged, if required.

OTHER
All types of temporary Australian visas, including the new Retirement visa. Some temporary visas have simple application requirements and generally would not require the assistance of an Australian Registered Migration Agent, and we will let you know you if this is the case.
