Migration Solutions are committed to delivering quality migration
services, through the principles of ethical communication, social responsibility

We
recognise and respect the individual differences of people around the
world. That said, we understand that every human being has the same fundamental
needs to be met in order to thrive, and similar things make us happy and
content with life. We strive to help people with the transition to life
in Australia, and to prepare them for major change in their lives. We
always put people before profit and are fair in our treatment of others.
We interact with personal responsibility, protecting the trust others
have placed in us. We are open and honest and aim to be generous with
our time and knowledge, and to help those in need. We aim for excellence
while accepting that we are not perfect but always strive to do the best
we can.
Australian Migration Solutions will contribute 2% of
our profit to charity in line with our commitment to
social and environmental
responsibility through obligation and transparency.

on quality and continuous improvement in our services to you and we welcome
your feedback.
A Note about Third Party
Commissions or Sales & Marketing fees
It is not our policy to benefit from circumstances when commissions or
sales & marketing fees are paid in respect of introductions
or transactions which we
may arrange for you with associates. This keeps our relationships simple
and transparent and it should be clear to you that if we recommend a
third
party, we do so because we believe they will take care of your needs,
and not because it will increase our profits.
That
said, it is a pity to refuse such fees when it involves
no additional
cost to you, and we believe this opens up an opportunity to use those
payments to provide benefit in some way to those who need it. In particular,
this year we are keen to help our unique and precious Australian endangered
wildlife, as it seems fitting that we try to repair some of the damage
settlers have inadvertently created in the past through, for example,
introduced species.
Therefore, if you seek the services of a third party that we might put
you in touch with, either through contact details included on our website
or by other communications with us, perhaps you can consider telling
that business that you were referred by Australian Migration Solutions
and
also let us know. We can then follow up with the business in relation
to any related sales & marketing fees (that do not cost you anything).
You
do not need to be a client of Australian Migration Solutions, for example
if you are self applying for your visa, but have obtained
details for the business concerned through contact with us or our website.
Any monies paid to us in relation to your dealings with
that business will be held in trust, and distributed to selected Australian
good causes at the end of the financial year. What is more, if you are
agreeable we commit to contact you in writing to confirm any amounts
lodged on your
behalf,
and which organizations benefited from your involvement.
